Set of 3 aluminium tins from 1970s for imported Dutch cocoa of the finest quality. Cocoa was hand-packed in Prague to these custom tins for state-run luxury shops in Czechoslovakia called TUZEX. TUZEX shops (1957- 1992 with the very first shop established in Prague) didn’t accept Czechoslovak currency but only vouchers that could be purchased from banks for foreign currency. These shops were selling imported foreign products in limited amount that were otherwise unavailable. Back in a days, this set of 3 cocoa tins from Prague’s first TUZEX could be therefore a very rare and luxury present!
