Theatre play- Don’t dress for dinner

REREPUBLIC took part in staging for the hilarious play DON’T DRESS FOR DINNER presented by BETWEEN SHIFTS THEATRE in Squamish.

Co-operation with two Janices, Producer Janice MacLean and Director Janice Carroll, was creative and fun just like a show itself. Production team asked for interior accessory only due to action scenes in a play and a danger of breaking our furniture. Together, we selected REREPUBLIC’s CLASSIC SODA SIPHON SET that was an essential item for a play.

Description:

Bernard is planning a romantic weekend with his chic Parisian mistress in his charming French farmhouse whilst his wife, Gabriella, is away. He has arranged for a cook to prepare gourmet delights and has invited his best friend, Robert, along too to provide the alibi. It’s foolproof; what could possibly go wrong? Well…. suppose Robert turns up not realizing quite why he has been invited. Suppose Robert and Gabriella are secret lovers and consequently determined that Gabriella will NOT leave for the weekend. Suppose the cook has to pretend to be the mistress and the mistress is unable to cook…suppose everyone’s alibi gets confused with everyone else’s!
